Sometimes Im disgusted with myself Sometimes I ponder why I was saved from hell Sometimes Im afraid of what theyll think Sometimes I fear for their spiritual state Sometimes I wonder If Im used to help Sometimes I wish Youd chose someone else Sometimes I feel this weight is too great Sometimes I pray Youd hurry up and save Then when Im still I hear you say The war was won when the Savior was slayed Death was conquered when He rose from the grave Be patient and meditate on my word everyday I will never abandon you, always remember my sovereign ways Your destiny is in my hands and nothing I ordain will fade Stay humble and hold on to faith, knowing whatever comes your way May hurt you but will never penetrate the soul Ive saved So Ill rejoice in you eternally Knowing you are not done with the work youve started in me
