Move of the day! This is another core exercise. Its a variation of a traditional Russian twist. It can be done with or without a weight - I like using the weight and adding in the extra chest press. If youre just starting to train your core you may want to start out by keeping your feet on the ground, but as you can see, I have mine at about a 45 degree angle.
