Sometimes but not very often I will post a personal problem that upsets, angers, or really pisses me off. This is a what if: What if you thought you would try to help your beautiful mom of 85 years old by trying to find someone to help her by hiring a person to help her clean. What if you hired a person, thought that said person was highly recommended, honest, caring and would be just right for your mother. What if this person went and helped your mom, became friends with your mother. Told her her she loved her like her own mom and would do anything for her. What if this same person told your mom instead cleaning out things not needed, that she would take items to her home and have a big neighborhood garage sale because thats what they do in her neighborhood and they make lots of money. What if, month after month after month there is an excuse not to have said sale, but continue to tell mom that it will be better to have later,as said person continues to take more and more items from mothers condo. What if after 8 months this lady gets very angry because I texted a friend and asked if this person could be trusted or if this person has a problem ,and then refuses to contact my mother after texting me while Im at a specialist with my son, that she is hurt and insulted that I doubted her and may of called her a liar and and a thief. Which I did not at that time What if this same person calls my mother, speaks for a couple minutes, promises to call on Saturday, that was 2 Saturdays ago, does not. Then when I text to question why she lied again, get angry and say she never was going to have garage sale and what is she suppose to do with my mothers things What if, I try to contact this person, tell her to call my mother, Ive arranged for storage unit, have her and husband contact my mother to meet and bring items...., no response , no response no response. For 2 months I try calling her number but cant leave a message because she has mail box full What if you contact other friend ask for any other number for family to resolve issues before filing theft charges, get answer that someone will call me but no one does. What would you do to help your mother, as I said my mom is in her mid 80s I wanted to to help her clean up many things shes collected some is not worth anything but she trusted this lady and many items are worth a lot. She was promised that this lady would have a sale, even told her(lady) they would share 50/50. Was not my mothers idea was other persons idea. Witnesses to prove it. What would you do? I have spoken to Sheriff dept and they said if we want we have a good case to file theft charges, with intent to deceit and sell stolen goods. What would you do???? Thats my question
