Sometimes, conservatives who want to shut down discussion with us environmentalist bunny-huggers will say, Eh, you dont want these extreme petroleum products shipped by railcar, and you dont want them shipped by pipeline, so whats your alternative? We all go back to the Stone Age eh? Actually, what the climate change movement is saying is, yes we need to FORCE switch to a suite of alternative energy sources. And that will take immense investment of money, time, people. Its not as if these dangerous petroleum sources -- more dangerous than the old conventional petroleum formats -- are being used as some kind of bridge fuel to a better happy world. No, theyre just being thrown into the daily consumption mix as if HappyMotoring can just carry on indefinitely... It cant.
