Sometimes friends grow apart. For the most part it is accidental, but its a natural way of life. As you move from one part of your life to the next some people get left behind. I am sure we are all guilty of it. Friends I used to laugh and joke with are now awkward conversations in the street and not really having much to say. Its sad. I would love to change that but wonder if it is even possible. If we havent spoken in a while Im sorry, it was never intentional it just happened. I hope the next time I see you it wont be awkward and I can tell you about my husband and kids, my fantastic business and listen to how you have been and how the world has been treating you, I hope it has been kind. Whats sadder is those people that take the distance as a personal attack and are just plain rude when they do eventually see you. I will never be rude to anyone, even if u may deserve it. Treat your friends kindly, even when there is distance between you, you will NEVER know when you will need their shoulder or they need yours.
