Sometimes it takes shame to wake some Web Vendors... if you have a website with webs - their programmers made a change to the URLs of their video server and they are not even aware that the mistake is theirs - a simple mistake that creates tons of problems - they are duplicating the /Videos/ in the URL twice - why is that a problem you ask? because all the previously indexed content you used to have no longer exists... And the fact that their Tech Support Manager would not even listen to someone who can explain it to them so they can fix it in an instant baffles me... this is why companies go out of business...
