Sometimes people just cant make it to everything they are invited too, although I have made it to a lot of different things that I was able to make it too. Sometimes it could be due to transportation problems, other commitments, etc. or due to health problems; for instance if you have a husband on oxygen who cant be outdoors in the 100 degree temperatures, I think that is a pretty legit reason for not making it somewhere. There is a difference between a legit reason and an making excuses. I dont make excuses when I cant make it somewhere, I have legit reasons for not making it. I know of many times when people did not make it to my house, I did not get mad or bent out of shape over it, because that is just life, people cant make every event for a number of legit reasons and I understand that, some people dont!......Some people just dont get it and never will.....Not my problem, it is their problem........
