Sometimes the way #Nigeria works cant stop amazing me. We simply deliberately promote corruption and make life difficult for ourselves even with crazy policies. Everyone knows there is no light and that you have to rely on generators to get electricity and a generating set will be powered by petrol. Yet you go to a filling station and the attendant and station manager authoritatively tell you he cant sell fuel in your keg. How does this makes sense? How do they expect people to get fuel to power their generators. Obviously you have to go to black market to get the fuel and that means the government is deliverately prokoting corruption because black market guys sells it just approximately 100m to the filling station... Whatever the reason for the policy of not selling in kegs the public need for fuel for generators overides that reason.
