Sometimes ur closest ones putting u down and being negative - TopicsExpress

Sometimes ur closest ones putting u down and being negative towards u is a form of bullying. I truely believe he wasnt bullied as in give me ur dinner money bullied as Macauley was a tough kid and would take on the world in a fight. It was more emotional and lack of support. Macauley was crying for help and only a few of us ever took the time out to speak to him. Others was ignorant to his cry. Theres people that have been negative towards him and only they no who they are so let this be a lesson learned. Support and empower loved ones. Dont feel embarrassed to show support and encouragement. Encourage them everyday for the hard work they do. Especially in Macauleys case all the hard work and training he was doing. He deserved support and encouragement. he was putting in major work and accomplishing big things for a young boy. A young boy with a grown mind. People only see the fight on the day but they dont see the torture and hard work that a fighter goes through and sacrifices they make in the lead up to the fight day. As a fighter myself I no what Macauley went through in and out of that gym. He had the pressure of life on his shoulders at such a young age and me and Macauley could relate in many levels. He tried hes best to stay disciplined and I rate him 110 percent for that and I wish I could of done more for the little man. I seen him as a nephew and a piece of me has gone. This is definately something which will change me as a person and a fighter. But let this be a lesson learned and support people u claim to be ur friends and family
