Sometimes we aren’t able to help people, but it is always important to treat those who contact us as we would want to be treated. Here’s a nice note we received recently from someone who needed help in an area outside of our specialty. Mr Ligori, I wanted to take a moment and thank you so very much for personally contacting me today. Although you were not able to assist me with my legal matter, you provided me with hope that there is integrity in the legal community. My gut feeling to contact your firm was right on the money. You seem to be true to yourself and in no way provide false hope by simply taking on clients you cannot serve properly. That is what integrity is all about.
