Sometimes when i think that this tragedy could have been avoided / minimized .... i think about the risk evaluation and disaster management.... most of the ppl managing it might not have heard the subject in their entire life .... my heartiest condolence to the families who lost lives and were travelling .. however sm1 need to think that ppl living their has lost everything .. their homes .. the lands .. livestocks everything.... i wd have appreciated if news were displaying efforts to ensure stabilization....u cnt force infrastructure on places where it was never meant to be for the sake it .. Infra is not a 5 star hotels near rivers ..... its the plants / forests that stops river to cut lands ....Humankind is loosing battle against nature
