Sometimes, when making pasta bake, I like to live on the edge and ignore the instructions on the jar. For example, I might use only 180g of pasta instead of the recommended 200g. If Im feeling really rebellious I might overdo the grated cheese and use 30g more than the suggested 100g. And finally, if Im really on one, I might put it in the oven for a total of 46 minutes instead of the suggested 45 minutes. However, whilst eating the said pasta bake, I always make sure to eat slowly and carefully, chewing every mouthful thoroughly, so as not to cause indigestion or stomach upset. Well, I wouldnt want to go too far with the rebel without a cause attitude.
