Sometimes when stress is so prevalent in our lives, smashing ourselves to pieces with structured, volume heavy, metabolically expensive training programmes actually negates the positive results we are striving so hard to achieve. Sometimes its ok, to put tools down, put walking boots on and nurture ourselves by listening to what is ACTUALLY beneficial to our minds, bodies and spirits... Here is me, doing just that... Walking in the woods my house is built in and trying to breathe. Sometimes fear can win. But if it does, only allow it a moment of glory. The real power comes from never loosing sight of your intention. Keep on going, keep driving your intentions. Thoughts and fears are only that... Just thoughts and fears.
