Sometimes you have to just shut it all down and head into a place of reconnection, reflection & resurgence. For the past 6 days, that’s exactly what Eden and I did. This past Sunday we headed to Sedona to Celebrate our 1-Year Wedding Anniversary and what we found was so much deeper than a few hikes, spa treatments and incredible food. What sits behind all of us when we are willing to get past the stories, false beliefs & the objects we put at the forefront of our lives is something so blissful, exciting and limitless that it’s almost overwhelming. What do I mean by objects? Your job.Your finances.The car you drive.The car you wish you could drive. The clothes you wear.What you say.How you say it.The people you hang out with. The size of your home.The list goes on. When you’re willing to look at the myth that all these things represent and let go of the pain they mask, you open a new place for energy to flow and thats the moment when life becomes truly dazzling. Because what you can witness, in your world, once you clear the pre-conceived ideas of what you think life is “supposed” to look like and once you stop fighting to be right about absolutely nothing, you can find yourself in a space of infinite wonder and love. You can find yourself in a space where when you look into your partners eyes and soul, you see your own….and from there, you see even more of what’s possible, when you’re willing to risk it all….Risk what ‘they’ might say is crazy and be rewarded with the pure ecstasy of how sweet life can be.
