Sonnon Flow of the Week (July 2nd week, 2014): 1. High Plank (Uttihita Chaturanaga Dandasana) 2. Low Lunge (Ashva Sanchalanasana) 3. Revolving Lunge (Parivrtta Anjaneyasana) 4. Jumper Lunge (Scandasana) 5. Low Lunge (Ashva Sanchalanasana) 6. Revolving Lunge (Parivrtta Anjaneyasana) 7. Low Lunge (Ashva Sanchalanasana) 8. High Plank (Uttihita Chaturanaga Dandasana) 9. Low Lunge (Ashva Sanchalanasana) -> Each sequence takes approximately 30 seconds. -> Perform continuously for 20 minutes. -> Synchronize breath as cued in video for optimal core activation. ONLY twist with exhale, and with rear knee strong to avoid lower back rotation and concentrate mid-back twist. -> Always strive to lock rear knee and keep foot perpendicular to ground: heel up in the low and revolving lunges and the high plank, toes up in jumper lunge. -> Maintain a neutral neck, with no twist, tilt or roll.
