Sons of Struth For those who thought the battle was won and over, it appears that a complaint has been lodged with the take over commission by a shareholder claiming King and Letham are working as a concert party and as their combined shareholding is in excess of 29.9% they may be liable to make an offer for all shares in the company. Even this outcome wouldnt be too bad but shows that some are hellbent in denying them access to our club. I wonder why? Dont expect this to be the last action to protect the rats and PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, remain vigilant. The complaint obviously wouldnt be from Mr easdale would it as he has said he would happily work with Mt Letham and Mr King.
