Sonvela Arte is a project by Foundation Sonvela (Stichting Sonvela / Fundação Sonvela) and Gomes Tours. Our mission is to create the biggest Street Art project the Cape Verde has ever seen. By doing this we want to spread our message across the entire country. Sonvela Arte is about showing the potential of the people in infamous neighborhoods. Its about creating opportunities for residents of these communities, and most of all, its about making a change when it comes to the big difference between poor and rich in a country with a population of less than 550.000.
