.. Soo .. i have decided to share my chocolate chip cookie recipe .. please handle with care .. lol .. seriously tho .. ---> (wet ingredients; ) 1/4 cup packed brown sugar 3/4 cup granulated sugar (or splenda) 1.5 sticks butter (softened) 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 egg (and my secret, 1 teaspoon chocolate flavoring) (dry ingredients; ) 2 cups all purpose flour 3.5 ounces vanilla dry pudding mix 1 teaspoon baking soda pinch of salt 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate morsels .. mix wet ingredients in electric mixer until smooth, while mixing all dry ingredients in separate bowl .. then adding the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mixing until theres no visible of dry ingredients in mixing bowl .. (for firmer cookie, add 1/2 cup more flour ..) add the 12 ounces chocolate morsels to the mixture, mix on medium for ten seconds.. heat oven to 350 degrees. on a greased sheet of wax paper on a large cookie pan, scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the greased pan, place in oven for nine minutes .. must place on cooling rack(s) .. happy new year .. :-)
