Sooo... I was challenged by Carolyn Sue Braunwart and Shelby Davenport to do the gratitude/happiness challenge. Im going to combine the two and knock it out at one time... even though I am continually reminded every single day of things to be grateful/happy about. I challenge Sherry Flaker, Rachelle Spaulding Grupenhof, Kelli Young Morton, to do the same because its always good to count your blessings! :-) Im blessed with: - A Savior who took my place on a cross meant for me to pay for the sins that I commit. - A husband who has been the love of my life since I was 15, who would literally give you the shirt off his back and is the best daddy to our babies I couldve ever wished for. - Three healthy, beautiful, compassionate (even though my son wont admit to that) children who all decided at young ages to give their hearts to Jesus. - Both Paul and I were raised in Christian homes by loving parents who are still married. - Lastly... through the storms of the past months, A great big God showed himself like weve never seen before. Our needs were met. My Mercy Fairfield family welcomed me home with open arms. Doors opened and others closed, leading us to exactly where we are today with our new funeral home. We may have been afraid and not understood the plan, but we never doubted that wed be taken care of by a God who loves us and wants the best for us. We give Him all the honor and glory.
