Sooo.. =) Ive always had a certain knowingness.. That the benevolent entities use negative emotion as a food source, so to speak.. Using our own vibration against us, I feel, is just a bonus on the side for better control. Though, Ive always had this knowingness, Ive never really understood where such strong thoughts and feelings have arisen from? .. And also, even with such a strong knowing, Ive never seen or read any type of evidence to support such a theory.. Now... Im reading this book... Heres a direct quote.. Emotions are a food. There are those whose food source is love, and the Original Planners intend to alter the frequency of Earth to that of love. The current owners food source of fear, anxiety, chaos, hunger, and despondency must be removed. ... ALL the answers, lie within.. You just have to remember.. To remember is alignment..
