Sooo.. whill Im still packing and sorting through stuff.. I found a shoe box of my past hidden addiction. . My idolatry of...... Aaliyah! Yall have no clue how utterly obsessed I was with her.. when I heard she had died, I remember shutting myself in my room with the lights off, while listening to the radio and crying the whole day.. I was torn so deeply.. In middle school I used to carry her pic in every binder I had, my room walls had her pics, I would sit around and draw pics of her, I watched all her vids, movies and listened to ALL her songs, printed her lyrics, wrote down her quotes.. I didnt know of nothing I didnt like about her.. Im not condoning this behavior, Im just showing yall how sick I was. This lasted some YEARS!..and it wasnt no lustful type of thing, I didnt even think about her in that way at all!! I just really REALLY loved her for some reason. . lol I had to bind these spirits attached to these pics because they was trying to make me keep it.. but now its time to toss this because Im permanently obsessed with JESUS now!
