Sooo....yesterday I was driving down Congress Pkwy and saw a man walking down the side of the road. He had on Bermuda shorts, flip flops, tank top and a beachy hat. In his hand (both in one hand) he carried a green plastic tea glass (reminiscent of Si) and a roll of toilet paper. Thus began my pondering of exactly where he could be sauntering off to that they dont provide you with anything to drink and apparently you are required to bring your own TP. I got nothin. Thoughts? Tawlk amoungst yourselves.......
