Soooo, I went into a certain supermarket the other day. I went to the cold foods aisle to look for my yellow (tin) cheese & there was none. I went to the cashier to inquire if they had any yellow (tin) cheese. She directed me to ask a fellow employee. I said Good afternoon Sir. Do you guys have any yellow tin cheese?. Mister is to say Yuh see any? to which I replied No. He, then, says What does that tell you? (Now, if you know me, them kinda stupid question does automatically work my nerves & hot up my head). I said Mister, the fact that there is no yellow (tin) cheese in the fridge tells me exactly that - theres no yellow (tin) cheese in the fridge! It doesnt tell me that theres NO yellow (Tin) cheese in the building. Am I supposed to automatically assume that you guys have no yellow (tin) cheese? Am I supposed to automatically know that even if yellow (tin) cheese is in the building, yall might be too lazy to package it & make it available for consumers? *Silence*. A manager came over to inquire about my issue. I explained quite civilly that it had been a while since I was searching for yellow (tin) cheese and could not find it anywhere. However, one day, I was able to find it at their establishment so naturally, when I wanted tin cheese, they would be the first place I would go to for it. Long story short - I got my yellow tin cheese within 5 minutes & I came home to eat my yellow (tin) cheese with my Crix (not so happily). The entire point of this post is simply this - I love my fellow Vincentians but you see when it comes to customer service skills???? Alyuh need either proper training or the blood of Jesus in alyuh lives! Alyuh does go on like somebody begging alyuh a favor. Is you choose to apply fuh de ppl dem wuk. So why alyuh feel alyuh could talk to ppl & serve ppl any and any way????
