Hasnt it been revealed recently that the IRS budget for IT expenditures was about $2 BILLION????? From the Capitalism Institute: The House is working on a spending bill for 2015, and Republicans have taken the opportunity to hit back at the IRS for the things they have done, including the targeting scandal, the lying and stonewalling of investigations, and the waste of taxpayer money.
