Soooo frustrated! Some idiot has been using my email for several months and I finally thought I caught the little bastard! I got an email receipt from an Apple store just 5 minutes old. I called the store and asked them to please call his name . . . and they wouldnt! Ugh! The person who answered the phone wasnt on the floor and wouldnt transfer me. Theyre like, oh well just take the address off his account so he has to give us a new one next time. Hell just give you mine again! Hes an idiot!! Customer service FAIL!
