Soooo my comcast service hasnt been working for months. I made an appointment and waited hours and no one showed. I called them and someone canceled my appointment without telling me. NOW I call again because I cant get on the internet and then tell me there is nothing I can do to get it up. SO I make another appointment. Come to find out they charged me $50 for the last appointment that no one showed up and are going to charge me $50 for the next one. COMCAST IS THE WORST COMPANY IVE EVER DEALTH WITH... Anyone know a good alternative till Fiber comes to seattle?
