Sooooo....I went to Mayo yesterday and saw a specialists. He told me something completely different from what the three doctors here told me. The ones here told me I have two pinched nerves.....the doc at Mayo told me I have no such thing! So I asked him what was causing all my pain. He said without tests, which I have to go back and get done on September 11th, (testing ALL DAY which will include a four hour nerve conduction test), he actually cant pinpoint the cause right now, although he said I do have several things going on. One is arthritis, but he said when I fell at work I did some damage to my lower back and leg. He said its possible that I stretched or tore that muscle that covers that SAC joint. Idk people,,,,I know that I am tired of the pain and swelling EVERYDAY. That got OLD a long time ago. So yes, unlike others think, that fall DID play a big part in this. But I already knew that.....I just want it fixed. What kinda worries me is that I have lost a significant amount of feeling and reflexes in my left leg. That is NOT good. But what IS good is GOD!! I went from horrible pain, having to use a cane to walk, and not working, to reduced pain, not having to use a cane to walk, and being back at work! Hallelujah!!! And soon, like hopefully this weekend, I will be playing golf with my Dad again!!!!! :)
