Sooooo... To add to the fantastic service Ive already received at THEhotel/Delano at Mandalay Bay... When we tried to watch the free movie they gave Gib for his birthday, it wouldnt play. I called the front desk and asked for help. The guy was super friendly and said that hes so sorry that they are doing construction on my floor which is making it so we cant watch the movie. He then offered to upgrade my room to one of the newly renovated rooms on the higher floors. I said that would be awesome. This is the room. Its amazing. The old room didnt have HDMI outlets so the boys werent going to be able to play their PS4 but these are smart TVs so they are already having an NBA2K14 tourney. All of this was because I couldnt watch a movie that they gave Gabriel unexpectedly for his birthday for FREE. Not to mention Im staying here with a locals discount anyway. Way to go Mandalay Bay.
