Sooooooo, we have GSWs to the inner arm near the rib cage, then - TopicsExpress

Sooooooo, we have GSWs to the inner arm near the rib cage, then two more towards the crown of the head. The arms up would definitely explain how you could get shot in that region. Now once youve been shot in those areas (which arent fatal that will show the head shots were the last two) you will more than likely cover up and curl into a fetal position, which is our natural response to protect ourselves (fight or flight), where to two final shots to the head with him the cop standing over him execution style in the middle of the street. Thats for the first scenario. Now Officer Wilsons explanation doesnt even sound close to realistic except for in the movies. Let me break it down. Now we all know that he was not stopping them for the crime that he DID commit, which yes, he should have been arrested, but we ALL know how the police roll when they sweat you. They will damn near run you over, so that explains how young Mr. Brown ended up so close to the car. No doubt, that would be a cause for immediate tension for a conflict. Now, the biggest question is the struggle at the car. Did Mike Brown just lunge into officer Wilsons patrol car like he was on a death wish and stealing some cigars was just the beginning of his crime spree? White people, (only because this is the majority of people that I see are supporting this concept) Im going to let you in on a little secret about (most not all) black people. Blacks are afraid of you....not in a sense of what you might do to us, but what would happen to us if we were to do something to you, and especially a cop. Which is why youve only seen our anger, hurts, and frustrations taken out amongst ourselves. So I move to debunk that theory by saying thats not the likely way it happened. Now what I can see is more than likely what happened is when he pulled up on those two, like I mentioned before, now Mike Brown was right at the car, offer Wilson went flying off at the mouth, out of protocol, then Im sure more heated words were exchanged, DW went to get out of his car drawing at the same time as he tried to get out. The struggle then happened for his gun, thats when the first shots went off. MB then started to flee (fight or flight) DW pursued with gun still drawn (as he should once gunplay started). MB got a jump on him being he was an athlete in school and made distance, but realized he wouldnt make it too far before he was shot in the back or bled out from the first shots he was hit with. So he knew there was no other choice of making it out alive unless he surrendered, not turn around and charge a trained police officer with a gun, put his hands up. Then thats where DW fed into his own EGO, not fear, not racism, but his own thoughts off self righteousness for being in a position of authority, which made him justify within himself that he had the right to execute this kid in the middle of the street. And if you believe that MB charged that man (who was shooting at him) with his head down and arms up, which is anatomically and kinesthetically inaccurate and impossible, to the trajectory angles of the bullet wounds then you are a part of that group of people that believe movies are real when you see all that fantasy cop blows bad guy away type ish. Oh yeah, one more question, to my understanding, dont all patrol units have a dashcam with audio? What happened to that piece of evidence?
