Soooooooo....this 78 year old grandma may have a panhandling permit but I am sure it is difficult for people to comprehend that a beggar or panhandler would be driving a new (2013 Fiat) car...wake up, people - this is not new nor is it news. Any cop knows this is a common occurrence. Plenty of beggars are not poor nor homeless - and they dont claim to be...they are begging and people give them money based on the stories they assign to the beggars. :-) youtu.be/hezYIvWjO6k
