Sorry.. Gotta vent, proud Dad moment! ;-) Last game my son Markus just 5 & half starting tight end of the Hazleton Cougars, stopped thier strongest outside linebacker every play!! Cuz anyone knows football knows, thats thier job, dont let em pass!! And he didnt!! Mind you he was playing last years champion Pottsville Bulldogs OLB (outside linebacker) if ya dont know football.. Well, short version the tight end stops the defenses strongest & fastest against breaking thru the Trent Coles of the little Cougars :) So because of his awesome performance.. Here goes.. He was asked to stop them from scoring as they were tied up goin into the last quarter. So MY Son does just that.. With just less than half a minute my son makes a winning tackle as the middle linebacker even tho starting tight end is his norm and his name was called out.. Markus West #11 with the tackle! Game winning tackle ;) YESS!! So yeah, with the right coaching and direction.. Hes already on his way.. Cuz hes already awesome!!
