Sorry I have done an update. Been a long few days.. But Here is the short version. Dustin is doing pretty good for the most part. He had surgery really late Tuesday night to remove all the infection but in the process removed all the hardware in his arm too. (His arm will be ok without for now). The infection was pretty bad. They opened him back up again today to do another flush/scrub of his arm to make sure they got it all the first time. And placed some antibiotic beads in his arm. He was up wondering around most the day today. We are just now waiting for his blood cultures to come back negative over a 48 hr period so he can go home. So hopefully he will get booted by the end of the weekend. Thank you everyone for your thoughts and prayers.
