Kodesh: sacred, holy / Original Word: קָדוֹשׁ / Transliteration: Kodesh / Phonetic Spelling: (kaw-doshe) / Short Definition: holy Mishkan: dwelling place, tabernacle / Original Word: מִשְׁכָּן / Transliteration: mishkan / Phonetic Spelling: (mish-kawn) Short Definition: tabernacle Kodesh Mishkan is the English transliteration for Holy Tabernacle. Because most of our ministry activities are done in tents at outdoor events, this name was extraordinarily appropriate. MISSION STATEMENT Kodesh Mishkan Ministry Group is a subculture ministry facilitation group. Our mission is to fulfill the Great Commission of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ as set forth in Matthew 28:19-20. Toward this goal, we will train, equip, coordinate and deploy well-trained, effective, Christian Para-Church Ministers, Pastors, Chaplains, Teachers, Evangelists, and Lay Volunteers, in support of their individual ministries to particular subculture factions of society.
