Sorry, but Im going to share the worst, most insipid song Ive heard in years. Holden and I watched about an hour of the webcast run-up to the ball-drop in Times Square on New Years Eve. It was an hour of some of the worst music by a couple of the worst bands Ive ever come across, accompanied by a million people in Times Square SINGING ALONG to these terrible, terrible songs. Apparently they are actual hits. Somewhat sadly, Holden was enjoying the heck out of these bands (so much for HIS taste), so I had to keep my mouth mostly shut about how badly it was hurting my ears.
