Sorry for the long winded post. Im not one of those people who post my gym work outs every day. I do be tagged regularly by others who are proud of every new goal I achieve. So here is a brief part of my story. Its Sunday morning and I have done my drop set Sunday workout! I started with a 10k run warm up followed by arm, chest and shoulder drop sets with a wee back superset thrown in for good measure I cooled down with 3k run. People stop me and ask me the same 3 questions - how did I do it? How much have I lost? and how do I feel? So here I go - I done it by talking to Seamus Fox and he made me join fighting fit. 6 months ago I couldnt run the length of myself and massively overweight and afraid of bootcamp as I would be the fattest & the most unfit. I was wrong everyone was supportive from the first session and of all different levels. I have made amazing new friends who help push me and keep me motivated (you all know who you are). I have smashed new targets and cant wait for the new and improved fighting fit gym to open in January. Foxy, Shaun, Gerard, Billy and Andy are there to help guide and push you all the way. Thanks guys. So what have I lost 5stone 4 pounds as of last Wednesday. How do I feel? AMAZING!!!! This isnt a big ad for fighting fit. January is a new year get off the chairs and get motivated, for me it was fighting fit they helped change my life.
