Sorry for this post, but Id appreciate it if you all could take a moment and pray for one of my best friends as his family is going through a very emotional time and as he was recently injured in the attacks in Baghdad. Every day is such a blessing and we tend to forget how well we have it here in America. Live as if today is your last day, and treat your body as well as possible because you never know what will happen.
