Sorry if I dont participate in the ice challenge to support cancer. I dont feel that I need to do this to show my support. Not a day goes by that I dont think about my older brother Herb that passed away from cancer & my cousin Henry Ulberg. Do I support cancer research etc? Hell yes, this is one of the reasons why I became a PT. I believe prevention is better than cure. If I can help people learn how to exercise and train, partnered with good nutrition & eating habits then they will lessen the chances of diseases like cancer. Thats my ice challenge I do it daily. Alofas (love) to anyone and everyone who have been affected by cancer. 🙌🙏🙌
