Sorry its been so long for an update. In the midst of my mom, my dad had another stroke and my uncle passed away. All within a week. Dad is home, mom was released from skilled nursing with no care. I am so angry with the insurance. My mom was sent home on July 12th with no Home health care and no medication. Who would have thought that instead of becoming a teacher I should have gone to nursing school. I had become a fulltime nurse left to figure it out on my own. I finally called APS and got mom a social worker who was on my side. Unfortunately, I had to put my mom back in the hospital because the wound was beyond my control. I have moms blessing and she may not be coming home until the wound is healed. She is seeing the top wound care Doctors at Loma Linda Murrieta. I will tell you all she is a fighter.
