Sorry to start the morning with sad news, am just so devastated to find out one of my brother Gboys long time best friends way back in his UP Los Banos days, Joey Ramos just passed away. Here are pictures I took of Joey and his Mom who is the classmate of my Tita Madre Perla, Pink Sister Mary Remedios during the funeral mass of Tita Perla in the Pink Sisters Chapel in Hemady Street, New Manila to show my Aussie based brother Gboy. I recall telling Joey, Smile for Gboy! This was the last time I saw Joey. Joeys passing is a reminder to assess, why after breast cancer and a multiple stroke...am still around, more than ever I resolve to finally finish my Senate book encompassing life as a PRO to five Senators for 25 years, my rescuerdo. Yesterday, breast sis Crisann Celdran reminded me to pursue another book entitled Laughter in Cancer, a collection of anecdotes from my I Can Serve breast sisters when diagnosed, during chemo, radiation and after treatments. As my sister in law Gboys wife Jeanette commented after learning about Joey...Focus on the Blessings of EVERY single waking day!
