Sorry to those offended but the peaceful, walk away from trouble approach isnt working for everyone these days if you havent noticed. Like the comment that someone made regarding the outraged family whos kid was shot by a Good Samaritan who interrupted an armed robbery. The kid was the person holding employees at gun point. The kid was out on parole as a repeat robbery offender. If you raise a little thug, your going to bury a little thug! The family says that because the little thug wasnt pointing his gun at the Samaritan, that the Samaritan should have just walked away. ............. What a concept! In other news, a to be victim of the Knock out game (The fact that society calls this a game is incredible) shoots his attacker twice with a hand gun. That should help the defenseless in the future. The one thing this game is doing is increasing the concealed carry registrations because people are finally finding out that even in there previously crime free areas, that people do in fact just walk up to people and kill, beat, or stab, people just for fun, gang status, or sport, as has happened numerous times in the crime infested Augusta, GA area. I dont see law enforcement getting a handle on this, and with all the do-gooders calling it societies fault, the public acceptance of the trend as isolated incidences will continue. The game is not referred to because of the skin color issue, and thus, people will hear of it as simply an uptick in assault, when in fact it is the game. I believe as people begin to die from hitting their faces on the ground, someone is going to get a bit outraged. I am just a little ahead of that curve. Cane the perpetrators in public while naked and their names, resident address, and parents names on a sign around their necks would put an end to this. I dont care what color your skin is, anyone who attacks an innocent person for sport or personal gain deserves what they get in public punishment and humiliation. The British used to have it right until the goody-goodies put an end to it causing an incredible increase in crime. That is the practice of 30 lashes and 30 days for minor or first time offenses. Thats 15 lashes when you go in, then serve your 30 days, and 15 lashes on the way out the door. Perfect! The Cat and Nine Tails was the whip. Just an opinion.
