Sort out the posture, and you will be thinner. Slouch on the couch and you will be fatter. Stand tall, shoulders back, stomach muscles sucked in. Do this every time your walking around, sit up straight when watching tv or on the computer with your stomach muscles constantly tensed and your back stretched. When going to bed lay on your back and tense your abs without having to bend, this isnt that easy to do. Its hard work but the results after a couple of weeks are awesome. You will find your abs, lower back, rib cage and butt cheeks hurting for a few days, but after about 10 days the pain goes and you find that you are holding your posture without even realising it. Sorted!!!
