Chef de Parti As the Chef de Parti you would be responsible for maintaining Dana’s high quality and service standards by effectively managing some of the food service operations including catering in a high volume corporate environment. The successful candidate will plan and oversee the preparation of all meals, as well as performing some administrative and people management responsibilities in accordance with the established operating plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Supporting a high quality team by effectively training and coaching performance and motivating employees in an effort to ensure high levels of product quality and customer satisfaction Creating, plans and costs menus / recipes for cafeteria and catering in accordance with Dana’s Healthwise Choices Program Maintaining strong communication and relationships with all stakeholders including Dana staff, client, associates and suppliers Ensuring inventory is adequately maintained; implementing cost saving measures through effective portion controls and food rotation Achieving the highest standard of cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation in all work areas Ensuring all FoodSafe and Dana Hospitality Health and Safety standards are followed by all employees The hours are usually days, Monday to Friday.
