South Afrika needs to start developing the Afrikan geniuses that will help develop this country, the very same geniuses Kwame Nkrumah referred to whether he said: When I speak of the Afrikan genius, I mean something different from negritude, something not apologetically, but dynamic. Negritude consists in a mere literary affectation and style which piles up word upon word and image upon image with occasional reference to Afrika and things Afrikan. I do not mean a vague brotherhood based on a criterion of color, or on the idea that Africans have no reasoning but only a sensitivity. By the Afrikan genius I mean something positive, our socialist conception of society, the efficiency and validity of our traditional statecraft, our highly developed code of morals, our hospitality and our purposeful energy. It is a pity that the many Afrikan young men I see today are wimps, fragile in character and apologetic to their masters. They possess no capability to think outside the boxes their masters placed them in. They see no solutions to the problems they are faced with except to keep the status quo. The carry no sense of Afrikan pride, no sense of belonging like wanderers at stormy see with no finite direction. I pity these weaklings that I believe Shaka would have chosen women to go to war with that to pick them. There is nothing that the some of the young Afrikan people are looking forward to except a life of destitute and desolation. They hope for grants and handouts, they foresee no future. Hope is but all gone. Here we need new leaders, the ones that exist now are living on a broken record. Their credential expired in 1994 with no clue how to lead a new world and thus creating wimps and cowards. They are creating a future of a nation doomed.
