South Jersey: We know that black colored pets are overlooked and sadly that is the case for little Dexter too. This little boy is wonderful! He loves people so much he earned the nickname the mayor. Anywhere you take him he walks up to people and rolls over for belly rubs! He is dog and children social and is such a happy and sweet little guy. He lives with other dogs in his foster home and has such an amazing personality.He is bout 1.5 years old and is with Lilos Promise Animal Rescue.
