Southern California air quality is on the decline...or at least, so say the experts. They say the reason is the drought, and the warmer than usual temperatures. What we need is rain and wind. But not too much wind please :) I grew up in the IE, and I can remember playing outside during the summer time, and it actually HURT to breathe in the air because the smog was so bad. Weve made great strides in our air quality over the past few decades, but over the past year weve apparently seen a decline because of weather conditions.
