Southern Fried Chicken - FOR LOW CARBERS Ingredients whole milk or buttermilk or cocnut milk Chicken pieces (with bones and skin) Pork Rinds Eggs Sage Cayenne Paprika Pepper and Salt A big smile 1. Take chicken pieces and marinade in your milk choice for 6-8 hours or overnight. 2. Put the pork rinds into a processor and turn too fine dust. 3. Add the sage, cayenne, paprika and salt and pepper. 5. Whisk one or two eggs (depending how much chicken your making) 6. Dip chicken pieces one by one into the whisked egg and then totally cover with the rind mixture and place on oven tray. you know the rest :P Yummy! Southern Fried Chicken without the FLOUR!
