Southwest Airlines rocks. My travel credits were about to expire and their agent listened to why my travel plans had to wait and he advised what I needed to do. The same agent called me twice today after emailing them last night. In the end, he put the credit on my credit card saying Southwest trusts that you will book your trip with us when your family is ready and we do not want any pressure on you with expiration dates so we will put the money back on your credit card. Now thats how a business should be. And, booked the airfare right after I hung up.
