#Spacefmnews Politicians have been urged to carefully study the terrain of democracy in the country to enable them understand the prevailing system of governance. The Aare Alaasa Olubadan, Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oloye Lekan Alabi gave the advice when he hosted the Annual Ibadan Youth Front Luncheon at his residence in Ibadan. Oloye Alabi who is the Patron of the club emphasized that Politicians must know that democracy as being practiced in the country is different from what obtains in theories. He charged politicians to be vanguards of peace as democracy cannot succeed in an atmosphere of rancor and disunity. He reminded political aspirants in the state to mindful of their acts as they will give account of all deeds to God. In his contribution, Deacon Adedeji Akinleye called to attitudinal change among the political class for a necessary bearing and political development.
