Speaker:Pastor Erastus Maina Theme:EARS THAT HEAR Mark 4:23-24 Luke 8:9,18 How to enhance your hearing: 1.Exercising your senses-You need to exercise your hearing by constantly listening to the word of God. 2.By drawing closer to God;the nearer you are to God, the easier it is to hear(Isaiah 34:1) -Who are you close to? -Draw near to God and resist the devil. -Spend time with God for you to draw nearer to Him. -When you draw close to God, y1ou shall declare things and they shall come to be. *Job 22 -You cannot decree without drawing closer to God. 3.Keep your heart with all diligence:the condition of your heart will determine what you are going to hear and how you are going to hear. -Guard your heart with all diligence. 4.You need to serve and learn from those that hear. *1 Samuel 3-Samuel learned to hear God by serving and spending time with Eli. *1 Samuel 3:9(Therefore Eli said to Samuel, “Go, lie down; and it shall be, if He calls you, that you must say, ‘Speak, Lord, for Your servant hears.’” So Samuel went and lay down in his place.) #REVWAIRIMU #FEM2015 #PSTMAINA #EARSTHATHEAR
