Special Spaces Albuquerque completed Airrians makeover yesterday and what a wonderful day it was. So many worked so hard to make this day happen. One of our incredibly talented air brush artists Chris CJ Vasquez of Attitude Art and his daughter Devin designed and created the amazing art for Airrians room with the help of our other dedicated air brush artist Rick Martinez of Rick Martinez Graphics. Project Coordinator Diana Tuggle did an wonderful job coordinating everything to help the day go smoothly. A huge thank you to JTC Coatings Inc. for providing painters to get the day started; to Mattress Firm owners Alex and Babette Estrada for donating mattresses and pillows for the children; to Taco Cabana for providing some incredible breakfast burritos, Mocha Mudd for donating coffee and to Bravo ABQ Uptown for providing an awesome lunch for the volunteers; Explora Science Center provided passes for the family; Village Inn helped with lunch for the family; Matt McKinney and Jennifer Summers McKinney donated bedding for Airrian and so many of our dedicated volunteers donated their time and worked tirelessly yesterday. Even KOB-TV Eyewitness News 4 showed up, the story should air tonight so be sure to watch.
